For years now the United States has not allowed Kinder Eggs (Kinder Suprise), the little chocolate eggs that have a toy inside, from being sold and consumed in the United States. Why you may ask? Because it is a "choking hazard" for small children. If millions of other kids in hundreds of other countries are smart enough to not eat toys, or have parents smart enough to not give their 2 month old something with small parts, then why can't we?
