Kinder Surprise Eggs have been banned from import into the United States. This is because Kinder Surprise are chocolate eggs that have a small toy in the middle, kind of like a happy meal toy. There is concern that small children would eat the toy as well as the egg and choke. The company that makes the eggs is willing to add a "Choking Hazard - not for consumption for children under 3 yrs" but instead the eggs were banned from import with a hefty fine for possessing one.
This is dumb. It's like banning happy meals because they have a toy inside. Remove the ban!
