Remove blanket 501(c)(3) charity status from religious organizations.

Created by C.D. on December 17, 2012

Religious organizations pay no taxes on property, income, buildings, etc. While many do charity work their exemption covers far more than this. Religious organizations have day cares, coffee shops, and much more. Some are truly multi-million dollar businesses free from the tax man in almost all respects. Churches and other religious institutions should be allowed to deduct their charity work but not have a blanket tax exempt status for everything they do.
