We are men and women who have joined the 1% of people willing to risk their lives in order to keep our country safe. We should not have to deal with an Internet service provider that doesn't care about our satisfaction. Even though this service is currently on 21 military installations, we would like this to be fixed before it spreads to others. All we ask is that we are able to get online effortlessly. We would like a service that basically doesn't tell us to "get out of their face" every time it goes down. We would like to be able to get through 24 hours to listen to be able to listen to music or get work done without the internet going down. We keep this country safe and just want the money we earn and spend on Internet to be able to give us what we want.
