The current occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge by the Bundy brothers and their fellow militia members has become of matter of great consternation to many Americans such as myself. These lands are owned by all American citizens, and as such, should be available to all American citizens. The occupation of BLM national refuges, parks, etc. by militia members prevents fisherman, bird watchers, and those who just love to visit these centers. We as a people no longer have access. In addition, local townspeople in Burns, Oregon do not have access to this wonderful facility, and many are frightened by armed and intoxicated militia members.
We really feel that it is time for the government to remove these trespassers from the facility.
