The DEA is grossly out of touch with the reality of Cannabis. It is overwhelmingly clear that the DEA continues to ignore evidence and enforces standards on Cannabis/Marijuana with no regard to fact or logic. The DEA is quite clearly basing their decisions around job security and perpetuating the useless and expensive war on drugs, particularly marijuana, that has absolutely zero positive benefit in any way.
There are a number of positive benefits of Marijuana and CBD oil/extract. Countless soldiers who suffer PTSD receive tremendous benefit from these substances. Children who suffer chronic seizures see the seizures stop IMMEDIATELY after use. Cancer patients enjoy increased appetite during Chemotherapy as well as pain relief. Cannabis as Schedule 1 is nonsense and the DEA is wrong.
