We as citizens understand that Cannabis is a Drug. There is no question of that. The main topic of concern is that Cannabis is as harmful or harmless as the recreational drugs that are already legal. The reality is that this substance designated as a Schedule 1 Drug only prohibits the opportunity for Americans to step forward and develop the benefits from the cultivation of "Hemp". This cultivation involves producing, paper, fuel, "carbon fiber" material, "plastics", building material, clothing and the list goes on. Also the persecution of ill people that require the Cannabis products for Cancer and other physical ailments must be stopped. Help society, bring it under the same rules as alcohol, tax it and move forward.
