remove cannabis from the list of schedule I drugs

Created by L.M. on January 09, 2013

Cannabis is currently a Schedule I narcotic based on federal regulations which state it has no medical value, however, the United States Department of Health and Human Services holds US Patent #6,630,507 which clearly recognizes medical value at a federal level, therefore being in direct conflict with federal guidelines for Schedule I controlled substance, therefore it must be rescheduled according to the Controlled Substance Act.
