Remove Cannabis sativa as a Schedule I drug in the Controlled Substances Act. Allow non FDA, government, or pharmaceutical company controlled research be used in determining the benefits and risks of cannabis sativa. Allow cannabis sativa to be grown for use in products such as, paper,clothing,rope,fuel,ect. to help bring employment back to America. Promote agricultural growth of cannabis sativa as well as use of cannabis sativa in products made in America. Allow Americans to reap the full benefits our founding fathers used as a cash crop.
