remove cannabis from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.

Created by M.M. on May 08, 2012

Cannabis should be removed from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act so that medical marijuana growers and dispensaries - allowed under various state laws - are free to do business without the threat of Federal prosecution.

State laws are enacted democratically and should be respected by the Federal government as such.
