Schedule I drugs are said to have the following: The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse, has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States, and a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision. Other schedule I drugs include: Heroin, MDMA, Psilocybin. 16 States, not including Washington, D.C., have legalized marijuana for medical use.
