Remove Cannabis as a Schedule I drug or force the FDA to list Alcohol and Tobacco on the Controlled Substances Act.

We are not against the use or legality of Alcohol and Tobacco but we are in favor of consistency. Alcohol and Tobacco are drugs and the FDA refuses to add them on the Controlled Substances Act even though they fit the criteria. The federal government will not make alcohol illegal again. So the purpose of this is to refute the significance of the Controlled Substances Act, and end the War on Drugs. Allow voters to decide what we can or cannot ingest.
