Remove the cap from the college funding of honest and hard working people trying to better themselves and the lives of their families, Or remove the free college from prisons. The felons that are getting these degrees are only using the said degrees for nothing other than a time cut. This can be seen in the national recidivism rates. Some of these free college degrees are going to people that will never get out of prison. While the hard working person tries to further educate themselves to provide for their families but then get told that they have to pay out of their pockets.
