remove the cap from Social Security and keep those funds in their own budged totally away from the national budget.

This petition would save Social Security keeping it fully funded for the long term. In addition, separating the monies of Social Security would protect these funds from being borrowed by Congress for any purpose at all, thus supporting transparency in our national budget and spending.
