It was made abundantly clear on September 30, 2011 that the executive branch of the government approves of the president's apparent capability to deprive a citizen of his own country life without providing public evidence of their guilt, attempting to indict them, or complying with the requirements of the constitution which states that no person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.
If the president is able to override these or any other rights set forth in the Constitution, then we may as well rip it up and burn it, because it means nothing.
We, the signed, ask that this unconstitutional capability be removed so that at least some of our rights may be restored. If not, we would ask you detail why, other than "the government says so," because that's just not good enough.
