Remove caps on Social Security deductions from wages. Social Security should be taxed on all wages. SS Problems solved.

Created by P.L. on February 17, 2014

Currently, a cap has been placed on the total amount that can be deducted from wage earners for Social Security. This was done by FDR when first introducing Social Security because they wanted it to be favorable and accepted by the American people. Once you've contributed the maximum amount, no more benefits are taken for the remainder of the year. By removing this cap and charging SS on all wages (without any cap), this would solve our Social Security problem. News report and polls have shown favorable acceptance by all Americans. Let's start acting smart about our future and solve problems that Congress seems to be unable to move on.
