The Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force, the branch of service with the most instances of Sexual Assault reportedly annually, has decided to blame the "Hook-Up Culture" of society and the military instead of take responsibility for his service's failures to mitigate this problem effectively.
President Obama, Secretary Hagel:
Send forth a strong message that you will tolerate nothing less than the full and immediate mitigation of this problem in all branches of the service and require the USAF COS to resign or be terminated. Let this be an example to the entire country, military and DOD leadership that nothing less than full effort and problem solving will be tolerated in this area.
