Those who sign this petition are in favor of removing Colorado from statehood thus making it illegal to live.
Due to extreme weather conditions, high altitude and lack of any interesting/fun tourist activities, the legality of living in our 38th state is a clear violation of our Constitution's 8th amendment of no cruel or unusual punishment. Thus making a perfect area for a detention camp, particularly as a replacement of Guantanamo Bay. By moving all of the terrorists here, any secret information that would help the U.S.'s best interests would be revealed, especially after a severe winter storm.
As an added bonus, with Puerto Rico in the process of becoming a state, it'll remove all trouble and labor of having to add an extra star the every American flag in our nation.
