Remove Columbus Day as a national holiday, due to the fact that Christopher Columbus was a murderer, rapist, and a thief

Christoper Columbus is revered as a practical hero for discovering America, which is false, there were many cultures that explored all over America. And Christopher Columbus was an absolutely terribly human being. Roughly a million people were murdered by Christoper Columbus and the men directly under his command. Columbus also rewarded his men with women to use sexually. And finally Columbus enslaved countless people as currency in gold exchanges. Christoper Columbus was a terrible man and we should not be a country and glorifies an atrocity of a man.
