To continue to allow the use of medical save data in format that every citizen can not open too see there personal data, and records is denying there basic rights. This is a petition to reform our medical laws to that the average Joe can freely access there records no matter the software they are using. We must make it opensource, and freely accessible to all. That doesn't mean it will be any less secure, that just means, the average citizen shouldn't have to pay the software industry to view there own medical records. Password protect and encrypt the files. But don't commercialize them.
