At one point in Massachusetts existence, a civil engineer came up with the idea to merge 5 different roads in one intersection, build a state prison, a farm, and a gas station there. Sure maybe when carts were being pulled by horses, or when Thoreau went on one of his "Walk aboots" it was a strategic and logical use of a rotary.
Today is 2013 and the pioneers that went west in Massachusetts still wanted the benefits of a job near Boston. They couldn't afford a home anymore near Boston, and thus the Route 2 (also known as the Deuce) became a commuter road.
That rotary is known to create panic attacks, seizures, spiteful rage, and honking as traffic backs up for miles. You can see the veins of thousands of people popping out. It is time to come up with a solution and remove the circle
