We, the people of the United States of America demand that United States Congress act quickly to permanently ban all confirmed members of a criminal street gang, all students with a history of violence, showing of real potential violence, students who become violent, and repeat school bullies from our nations public schools.
The right for the above identified students to obtain an education can be provided in an alternate school environment where the community can be protected from these students, the students can be protected from themselves and each other, and can be provided intense clinical supervision.
Separating these students from each other creates safety for everyone, including teachers.
