The Department of Homeland Security has declared any area within 100 miles of the borders of the United States can be searched and siezed of electronics at any point, completely ignoring an accused person's 4th amendment rights by not needing a warrant or reason to search any homes in this area. This "constitution-free" zone includes many major population centers, violating the rights of millions of United States citizens.
