From the border to a hundred miles inland, there are border patrol checkpoints that allow border patrol agents to violate your rights. Your protection against illegal search and seizure, as well as your fifth ammendment rights to refuse questioning to name a couple.
These "Constitution free" zones include two thirds of the nation's population. The entirety of Florida, Maine, New Jersey, Michigan, and few other states are within these zones. You may be stopped, forced to answer questions, and illegally searched even if you are not leaving/entering the country. Many have been brutalized and detained by agents for exercising their rights.
I ask that the Obama administration put a stop to these Nazi-like checkpoints.
