The consumption of alcohol causes a person to lose control of their body and mind to the point of inebriation where they become a danger to people around them due to that lack of control and inhibition. In 2012 alone over 10,000 people were killed in drunk driving accidents - a massacre that could be avoided if the consumption of alcohol were illegal. By allowing alcohol sales to continue the government knowingly allows people to commit heinous crimes involving people of all ages. Alcohol consumption is not limited to a "responsible" adult, children under the age of 21 consume it and perform horrible deeds such as the raping of an unconscious teen girl in Steubenville, OH by other drunken teenagers. How dare we allow this unacceptable behavior to continue in our superior society.
