Please apply H.R. 3012, the Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act, so skilled people from some countries (example India, China) do not need to await a never-ending period unlike their counterparts from different countries. Its not a sin to be born in a few countries, so why punish them? Its really saddening and unfair to treat legal immigrants like us, who in spite of being in the same track with similar people from most countries, would be deprived always to realize their American dream.
In one the greatest countries of the world, the abode of equality, the land of rights, how can be such indifference meted out based on country of origin?
Please request Whitehouse to promote equality in legal immigration. Enforce H.R.3012.
