There are thousands of hard working, tax paying legal immigrants who are waiting for many years for a green card.
Some have to wait many years because of the per country limits that do not allow people born in certain countries to apply for the final step in the green card process.
This racist policy should be fixed immediately and the per country limits should be eliminated immediately.
