Remove credit score qualifier for disabled veterans home loans

Created by P.D. on October 28, 2011

This would enable disabled veteran, who had to wait months and years to have their compensation claim approved and therefore lose their credit rating, to be able to use the benefit they are entitled to, buying a home.
At present many disabled veterans live in inadequat housing altough they are paid compesation they can not qualify for a VA home loan because of the credit score requirement. Often due to long wait on part of VA the veterans credit score took a turn for the worse and it take just a few months to destry it but years to fix it.make no sense, there qould be no risk to the VA or Government, mortgage payment could be deducted from their compensation automatically, naturally they still would have to meet other criteria ie- income to debt ratio and such. no more min credit score
