Our foreign policy towards Cuba for the past 50 years has been a disaster. The embargo has failed to change Fidel Castro's behavior, and our attempts to isolate Cuba's government has served to isolate us instead.

Why not act now to end this country's outdated policy toward Cuba by removing it from the list of State Sponsors of Terror and by introducing a bill to end the embargo to the benefit of both countries?
