There’s a divide in Congress; current members are allowing their egos to get in the way of their sole purpose; to build a country of financial strength and allow Americans to pursuit the American dream. These elected officials are working less everyday knowing that our country is facing tough times. Millions of Americans suffer because of the inability for congress to act! Why can’t we hold the elected accountable to represent those of us who elected them. Here’s my solution:
Remove all benefits and freebies regardless of their output; instill a commission based pay structure (based on GDP growth and debt reduction) that benefits both Americans and these members. Then, maybe we will see progress.
We are the American people; it’s time we take a stand against the nonsense.
