congress, the house of representatives, and the senate have all been corrupted and need to be wiped clean and start a new. i purpose that it be based with a set pay rate that needs presidential approval to be increase or any changes made to it. their retirement pay should also be cut because they do not in any way shape or form deserve what they get when the men and women of our military get so litte for so much service and sacrifice.
