I believe it would be better for both states in Dallas became a part of Oklahoma for the following reasons.
1. Texas gets rid of a city no one likes. They're pretty much dead weight. When you list the places in TX you want to vist you never say Dallas. Visiting Dallas has never been on anyones bucket list. Ever.
2. Oklahoma picks up a few semi-pro sports teams (cowboys, mavericks, rangers).
3. There are not enough cowboys fans in the entire state to fill thier home stadium. More Texans fans showed up Sunday.
4. If the cowboys are "America's Team" its time we share them with another state. Its the polite thing to do.
