Daylight Saving time disrupts family and work functions for weeks as children and adults struggle to adapt to the time change. The idea seems antiquated and irrelevant in this increasingly digital and 24/7 society. In Montana and northern areas of the United states keeping Daylight savings time all year would be beneficial to families who want to spend time together after work. However, It seems that most people I encounter would be willing to sacrifice Daylight Savings time in order to not have to deal with the changing of the clocks and adjusting to new sleep cycles.
