Times have changes, we are NOT savages. The death Penalty is a gruesome and barbaric act, that is NEVER the humane choice. Their have been many instances where the person that was put on death row was later proven innocent, and nothing can be done about it because it is to LATE. GET RID OF THE DEATH PENALTY
