The death penalty is costs to much. Life in prison costs less than it does for the death penalty. The death penalty costs so much because the stakes are high, so than the process is very complex. There is just no point in a death penalty if it is going to costs us millions of dollars to penalize one person. Criminals aren't worth a dime. Safety is worth a ton, but not to where it is just one criminal being penalized. Life in prison is less expensive and it does the same safety wise. The price for death-row costs more than 2 vigilantes sent to life in prison. Criminals are kept away from us; its the same deal, but it's just less in funds.
