Remove the diplomatic and commercial embargo imposed on Cuba since the 1960s.

Created by H.H. on November 20, 2012

Cuba has a 99.8% literacy rate, an infant death rate lower than some developed countries, and an average life expectancy of 77.64. In 2006, Cuba was the only nation in the world which met the WWF's definition of sustainable development; having an ecological footprint of less than 1.8 hectares per capita and a Human Development Index of over 0.8 for 2007. Cuba today with it's exploits in health care and the arts is an asset not just to the Caribbean but to all nations on earth and if allowed to trade like all other countries will help to improve lives of natives and will be an asset to the rest of the world. We would love to the the 1963 imposed Diplomatic and Commercial Embargo on Cuba be lifted. The President of United States should also make it his duty to go and meet with Fidel Castro.
