Remove Discriminatory actions in Federal Healthcare to align with non discrimination Policies & EEOC

Created by T.L. on November 28, 2012

Remove Discriminatory actions in Federal Healthcare to align with non discrimination policies and executive orders for Federal Employees.
Currently the Federal employee is protected in many ways from discrimination on the job. However the very discrimination is coded into the Code of federal Regulations, that are in direct conflict with the EEOC Rulings, and the non-discrimination pratices in Executive Orders.

The information creates a major platform of disparity for LGBT employees whom are faced with additional burdens as a result of being excluded from lik healthcare coverage, for spouses and medically necessary procedures.
