Remove disingenuous, misleading, embellished and deceptive titles to all legislation from this day forward. Legislation should be recognized by a number only (no title). There is no need to enhance the text of the bill with ornamentation that contradicts the intent of the bill to gain political advantage or push an ulterior motive.
