Remove the distribution of electoral votes that gives one person's vote more power than another.

1787, the year that the United States began the undemocratic process of electoral voting. We are now 227 years more advanced and yet we still rely on a system whos basis was on equality. Modern technology, communication, information, all lead to a more informed and self-reliant individual. The concept of giving a smaller state equal power to one that is more populated does not hold true. How frustrating when a majority of individuals vote for one candidate but the electoral votes show otherwise? Does that not strip the power of one person's vote away? Does the modern electoral system look at access to communication, areas of poverty, availability to vote, etc? The peoples' voice is removed by the electoral vote and given to a small number of individuals, regain your right to vote.
