District Judge G. Todd Baugh Sentenced a High School Teacher Rapist Stacey Rambold to a 15 year sentence & suspended all of it except 30 days.
The victim teen who was raped in the case was 14 years old when the rape happened. When she was 16 and the sentence was handed down the victim killed herself.
This is an injustice in the court system in Montana and this judge needs to immediately resign or President Obama needs to ask for his resignation.
The statements the judge made were "she was older than her chronological age" and "she had as much control of the situation" Please remember the rapist Stacey Rambold is 54 year old man & she was a 14 year old child.
Please for the community ask this judge for his resignation or remove this judge & have the Department of Justice investigate.
