District Judge G. Todd Baugh of Yellowstone County, Montana recently sentenced a teacher who confessed to raping a 14 year old Student girl "Cherice Morales" to 30 days in Jail. Cherice Morales Committed Suicide before the age of 17, while the case was still pending.
The sentencing statement made by judge Todd stating the teenager was “as much in control of the situation” as her 49-year-old teacher, adding the girl was “older than her chronological age.” Was totally absurd. His Actions are a disgrace to the justice system and shouldn't be allowed to serve in such position of authority.
This Petition is to remove him from such power and allowing child rapist to get off easy .
