The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) seemed to be a good idea at first, the idea being to target those who make illegal copies of copyrighted material, but there are companies who abuse this system to remove video guides such as tutorials for a program or video game walkthroughs, which can be helpful and often will not be duplicated unless the viewer reposts said video elsewhere.
It's time that this system is either repealed or changed so that companies can't use it to harass those who merely help others.
