Remove the "Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban" also referred to as "the Lautenberg Amendment".

Please amend" remove" the "Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban" also know as the "the Lautenberg Amendment" from the "Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act". Domestic Violence is a misdemeanor. I know of several people that have been convicted of this and they where innocent. In each of these cases that I know of the police showed up with an ambulance and the women DID NOT have a mark on her and they where found guilty. One guys wife had a medical issue and told the court that she was not in her right state of mind and the guy had to plead guilty or they where going to arrest her for filing a false police report. With her medical condition he could not let her go to jail.
