I am opposed to the daylight savings time (DST) changes that the "Energy Policy Act of 2005" signed by President Bush allow. DST made sense back in the early years of it's enactment, but no longer makes any sense. Little energy savings have been acheived by extending evening hours. In fact, more energy may be used due to needing more in the morning hours now. School children who were already lining up for school buses in the light, are now back in the dark. No other country bothers with such a law. We should keep our clocks set at normal time as it was meant to be and quit trying to tweek things to save energy. Also, all 50 states need to remain on the same "normal" time and do away with some states using DST and others not using it.
