This is a petition to permenatly remove the Electoral college to allow for Americans popular vote decide who will become presidant. This is so that every Americans vote will be counted. In the previous Elections (2012) Pres. Obama recieved all the Electoral votes from the state of California with only 18% of the popular votes have being counted. Help the other 82% be heard in our elections.
