remove the Electoral College, and elect a president by the majority of each of the 50 states majority popular vote.

Created by C.L. on November 12, 2012

A US President should be appointed by the people, for the people. To uphold the Constitution of the United States of America founded by our fore fathers.

This would enforce to dismember the Electoral College, as Governer Jan Brewer (R) Arizona is attempting to accomplish. To put the choice back in the peoples hands, and not Government Officials paid to vote one way, or another.

This would be the majority vote of the 50 Union States after tallying each state individually. After each state has declaired a majority vote by the people in that state, all 50 states declare their vote, and whom ever has the majority wins.
If there is a tie (25-25) the votes should go to the governers of each state, then to the House of Representatives if a tie is still declaired.
