We call on President Obama to, instead of reforming the electoral collage (as other petitions here suggest), just outright DO AWAY with it. The electoral collage has proven to work for many years, but it is no longer needed today. Recounts are called for every election year. We have the technology, JUST COUNT THE VOTES. Each person should actually equal 1 vote, not a fraction of one!!
