The electoral college and electronic voting (in some unsecure forms) has hindered the popular opinion from deciding elections through many methods including voting fraud. There is no debate that the electoral college has previously gone against the popular opinion leading to voting percentages that are drastically different from the true percentages of the voters' opinions. The electoral college thus does not accurately represent the opinions of the American citizens and should be reformed or removed in a method that would more accurately represent the public opinion.
