Remove the Electoral College from the election process, and make the election dependent on the U.S. popular vote.

The electoral college was instated to make smaller states have a balanced amount of leverage in the election process. If the presidential vote were based on the popular vote, it would create, and allow a more accurate representation of who the American people choose as the leader of their governing process.
