Remove the Electoral College for Presidential Elections.

Created by S.H. on October 28, 2013

It is proposed that we remove the long standing Electoral College for Presidential Elections. This process is completely and absolutely broken. No longer does a candidate or incumbent need to win the popular vote because of the huge disparity between Electoral College districts and the number of votes. The current process requires the candidates and incumbents to focus on larger districts rather than winning the votes of the entire populace for which they are going to represent. If you are tired of the narrow focus on specific districts, then we need to remove the Electoral College and go strictly with the popular vote.
